Advantages and Features
- Trims offset neck, handleware and out of balance bottles as well as round bottles.
- Bottles enter and exit in the same orientation allowing for down stream operations such as leak checking, labeling and packing.
- A neck finish that is lower than the handle can be trimmed as long as there is enough room for the blade holder.
- Trim neck diameters from 19mm (3/4") to 110mm (4 3/8") as standard. Wider openings possible.
- Trim containers from 4" to 12" tall as standard.
- Easy changeover from bottle to bottle with a different set of holding nests.
- One person changeover in as little as 10 minutes.
- Six foot long conveyor is standard. Other lengths or no conveyor is optional.
- The trimmer and conveyor is built to match your incoming conveyor height.
- Blades are inexpensive and can be purchased from most hardware stores or online.
- Depending on material being cut, the blades can last for 50,000 or more bottles.
- Simple cycle startup. Power on and run
- All parts are off the shelf and readily available.
